ON THE DAY COORDINATION
This package starts 8 weeks before your wedding day and includes..
- Your very own wedding PA
- 1-2 x meetings (site inspection, zoom, face-to-face or phone call) with your experienced wedding coordinator 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date to discuss the layout of the day and how you expect everything to look, feel and be. We create personalised, detailed runsheets + floorplans and once approved by you, we circulate to all of your suppliers so we are all running from the same runsheet and they start to contact us, and leave you alone in the lead up! On the day, we love to take over all aspects of time management and supervision of ALL suppliers and venue staff but that is not all, we will make sure that absolutely anything else that needs attention on the day is looked after - need us to do a coffee run?
We’ve got you! Or champagne or icy cold beers? Mum is freaking out - we will calm her. The Best Man doesn't know how to put his button hole on? - got him! We will move quickly to ensure that you have what you need on your big day.

Includes budgeting, wedding planning spreadsheet, styling mood board, vendor quotes/comparisons + general guidance and support. This is perfect if you do not know where to start or have hit a planning road block.
+ VENUE WALK THROUGH AND GUIDANCE
60min
Includes walk through of the venue - offering suggestions for style, logistics and order of proceedings + follow up email with guidance on next steps and recommended suppliers. This is for you if you want to visualise your wedding but not sure how and where things should go on the day.
+ WEDDING PLANNING SUPPORT *MOST POPULAR
10 hours minimum
Includes planning consults, site inspections, venue hunt assistance, budgeting, style guides, vendor quotes and comparisons, run sheets, floorplans, supplier liaison - you name it! Our most loved package by far - perfect for all the time poor couples out there - this allows you to have a wedding planner on call. We can do it all for you or just be a sounding board when you need someone to chat to or use us to source and compare quotes.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Allow us to capture your love story naturally. Our documentary-style photography immortalises your authentic moments, revealing your unique love for each other and genuine emotions. With our candid style, you can relive your wedding day from the eyes of your guests.
Choose packages from 4 hours through to 12 hours
with 1 or 2 photographers. We travel all over the world - take us with you!
+ Initial and continual consultation via phone, email, face-to-face
+ Online ‘sneak peak’ wedding album with 24 - 48 hours
+ Full album within 6-8 weeks provided online and then high res images mailed on a USB
+ Long travel days may incur a fee or accommodation
Ask us for videographer recommendations, we gel with everyone but have some favourites we adore working with!
