The ocean was calling, and the wedding industry was ready to answer. In May 2023, the Manly Pavilion played host to the most epic Love Fest that Sydney and the Central Coast had ever seen. Over 130 of the best wedding vendors in the game were ready to let their hair down, share some laughs, and maybe even talk a little shop. From the moment they arrived, everyone could feel that this was going to be different. The salty breeze from the ocean and the stunning views of the coastline set the perfect backdrop for a day of networking and fun. And boy, did we have some fun! The theme for the day was all about bringing people together. We wanted to create an environment where people could be themselves, make new connections, and celebrate the end of an incredible wedding season. So we pulled out all the stops.

There was food, there were drinks, and there was music to get everyone moving. But most importantly, there were people who genuinely cared about each other and the industry they are a part of. As the day turned to night, the sun set behind us and the city lights started to twinkle in the distance. And the party really started to come alive. The after party featured many a margarita, Djs spinning tunes that got everyone dancing, and a real sense of camaraderie. It was amazing to see all these people, vendors, artists in their own right, coming together in one place to celebrate the work they do and the people they do it for. There were florists, photographers, planners, stylists, HMUA, caterers, pastry chefs, musicians, celebrants and more, all with their unique talents and stories to tell. And as everyone mingled, sipping on glasses of bubbly and enjoying the ocean views, there was a real sense that something special was happening. Some came for the networking opportunities, some came to make new friends, and some just came to let loose and have a good time. But no matter what brought them there, everyone left with a little something extra in their hearts.

It was a reminder that this industry, this community, is something truly special. And we can't wait to do it all over again!
