ON THE DAY COORDINATION INCLUSIONS

  • 1 x meeting (zoom, face-to-face or phone call) with your experienced wedding planner 2-6 weeks prior to your wedding date to discuss the layout of the day and how you expect everything to look, feel and be.

  • We take over and create personalised, detailed runsheet + floorplans and once approved by you, we circulate to all of your suppliers so we are all running from the same runsheet.

  • On the big day, we can take control of setting of finer details on the tables, signs, props, petal cone pass out, fans, umbrellas for you and your guests. We make sure we have tissues on hand, a sewing kit always available and a bottle of water (or Champagne) ready for you at all times.

  • We will arrive nice and early to ensure both the ceremony and reception are set, suppliers have arrived and are doing the right thing, guests are in the correct areas at the right times, the temperature and lighting in the room(s) is on point, the drinks are icy cold and the music is perfect.

  • We are there to assist you, our stunning bride, down the aisle / fluffing up your dress / holding your hand / sewing up your dress if, god forbid, a button should come loose (jack of all trades!)

  • We will take control of co-ordinating the start of the family photos (a photo list will need to be provided prior to the day to make sure we can do this effectively).

  • Management of your MC to ensure to stick to timings (we will tell them when to talk and what is up next so that they can just sit back and enjoy their time at the wedding).

  • We love to basically take over all aspects of time management and supervision of ALL suppliers and venue staff

  • But that is not all, we will make sure that absolutely anything else that needs attention on the day is looked after - need us to do a coffee run? We’ve got you! Or champagne or icy cold beers? The Best Man doesn't know how to put his button hole on? - got him! We will move quickly to ensure that you have what you need on your big day.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • If you feel you would benefit from more meetings, zooms, site inspections, planning help, supplier sourcing or any more pre-wedding attention, we can definitely be there for you. There are options to extend your On The Day Coordination Package to include a little Pre-Wedding Support too!

  • Additional event staff to help bump in, bump out, clean up, serve food and beverage, usher guests

  • Additional hours on the day support from your dedicated coordinator
